This is my first deer with a trad bow and my second year to hunt trad only. Went out to my favorite spot
yesterday 10-20 and it was covered up with youth gun hunters so I went to another little known spot and was all by my
self. An hour after setting down in my 3 legged stool two does showed up and one of them decided to ride home with me.

I was shooting an Old Mt. Edge recurve 50 @28, arrow beman 400 with a 160 gr. Ace broadhead.

It's a great feeling to get that first one.  That deer will taste better than any you've had before.   Congratulations on your first!
