What point weight?

I've got a buddy shooting a 55 lb longbow at 28". He's going to use the GT Traditionals and is asking what point weight to use.
"He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze."

That question is unanswerable on the internet. Only first hand tuning will tell him which point weight will work the best for him.
