Sausage fixins!

I got to hunt a few days this past week and managed to aquire some sausage fixins!

First was a small boar:

And then I added a nice 102# doe:

I might have to fire up my new smoker and make a batch of jerky too!

Awesome Bisch! A little neck meat from the deer and ground shoulder meat from the boar, cured, packed in a tube and smoked...man that sounds good

good work! I couldn't make the deer neck roast into jerky or sausage, just don't have the heart to use it in such a fashion. but otherwise, hell ya!

Nicely done Bisch...but that little guy would be a waste for sausage....
