I was Blessed with this deer on Oct. 30th 2013. I had to wait to hunt the stand I call the horse trail stand because the wind was never right, if you have ever had to wait days on end to hunt a spot you know just what I mean. The wind was right on the 30th in the morning I arrived early and put down a little doe urine then the wait began. Around 8:00 am I heard something from behind and out of the corner of my eye I saw the buck. He must have caught wind of the urine cause he stopped and then began to try to circle the area. When I first heard him I grabbed my bow. As he stopped in an opening I had a perfect  shot at 22 paces. He weighed 175# he has 8 points, I used my Bob Lee Hunter 46# @28 a GT 3555 and an old Bear razor head.

He's a nice one.  You mean a 300 grain $20 broadhead wasn't needed to take him    :biglaugh:   Those razor heads can get it done!

That's a nice buck, Man!  Lots of great steaks there.  Bet he made it worth the wait.
