I had a great whitetail trip..   I got this  mature doe and a nice buck too. (I copied and pasted the bucks pic.. don't know were it went-- maybe to the head office of PETA) with my 55# Black widow long bow and woodsman broad head.  The buck dropped in sight, the doe ran 75ish yards.  I also had a badger walk right under my stand. I considered whacking it  but I did not have a badger license.

I'm amazed I found that picture and got it posted.  This buck came by my stand at 8:30am.  I shot him at 10 yards quartering away.  My stand was only 8 feet high...

gerardo  You asked if these are Colo whitetail?  They are not... I got a mule deer here in sept and made a road trip to Ne in Oct.  I know a guy out that owns property.  Joe
