You guys are truly the best.  Thank you very much for the kind words.  You know, I posted because I wanted to share the story and my feelings about returning to traditional archery, not for the acceptance of the group.  The cool thing is that I know you you know that because I have read many similar threads.  This truly is an exceptional forum.

Stinger thats a heck of a great story. I find it inspirational. My first and only deer with a recurve was 33 years ago. I'm trying it again this season. Wonderful that yours was with a bow your dad made, thats one of a kind.
