Surviving the crash and taking a buck like that from the ground and you can use whatever color arrow you want!!

You wrecked your motorcycle??????? Geesh     (on the deer..not on crashing the bike!)
There is always someone that knows more than you, and someone that knows less than you, so you can always learn and you can always teach

Dude, I'm really sorry about your crash.  What a "drag".    :D

Reminds me of the time I broke my arm.  I'd tell folks I broke it riding a horse and they'd ALWAYS ask me if I FELL off.    :knothead:   Without a cast.

Sometimes you just want to ask yourself, "Why'd I do that??"

Glad you were able to continue on with the hunt.

Man nice deer off the ground with a Bear recurve, my dream deer.  I will have to try one of those suits Iam hearing too much good stuff about them for ground hunting.
Nice deer!!

Yep, the wreck was quite a "drag" alright!! When I said that I "ran out of gas", I guess I should have said that my "reserve" decided at that moment not to work. I had plenty of gas, just couldn't get it out of the tank and into the engine where it would do some good. The guy who offered to tow me into town couldn't see that I was in trouble until I wiped out. Motorcycles pulling trailers just don't tow very well I reckon!!  :help:

Well, the swelling is going down on my elbow, so I don't think I will bother with x-rays or doctors.   "[tunglaff]"

I am very proud of my little droptine buck!! I couldn't have asked for a better first Trad Deer!!! I don't have a clue how many deer I've taken over the past 25 years with a compound, but I guarantee that this is one I will NEVER forget!!!   "[nope]"
