God bless you and your family.  Like so many others here, I have the honor of knowing my father as my favorite hunting companion.  I know someday I will have to face the experience you are going through.  I hope that I am able to handle it with the grace and faith that you have demonstrated.

Scott,  How wonderful that you could take that trip with him as I'm sure he was right there at your side enjoying every second.  I'm sorry for your loss and will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Lost my dad in 69 but he left behind a hunter and I think of him being with me inthe woods. Sorry for your lost, Scott.
