I've had several inquires about how to dye laminations and veneers. Since I use dyes all the time when doing my wood working I thought I'd see if it might help those that are wanting something with a little more dazzle.

I've had several ask if I knew what the dyed veneers looked like under clear glass. To give a true picture I took a few drop pieces of clear glass to show.

While I was working on all these veneers I cut and run a pieces of straight grained American Elm.

Nothing wild, but really makes for some outstanding grain.
