Before SAA's recent reconfiguration of their Airbus seating, flying with them was like being in a torture chamber.

Cooch and TradAlaska, Thanks for the info. I'm going to be purchasing my tickets in January so I appreciate all the info. The flight sounds quite hellish--17 hrs--so I'd like to the best I can with it.
