A boy in my son's cub scout den lost his father Saturday to an aparent heart-attack.  Here is a link to the obituary.

Please keep the Honeycutt family in your prayers.

My prayers are for him and the entire family!
John 8:36
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Lord, you know this family's needs better'n they themselves.  Fill their hearts with the Holy Spirit's peace, discernment and healing so they might move forward, knowing and trusting your Will for them in the days ahead. amen
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Prayers sent. One of my Scouts recently lost his grandfather to a heart attack and then his father (the grandfather's son) got drunk and killed himself in a motorcycle accident the next day. The poor kid seems to be taking it pretty well though. El Cazador, ask him how he is doing everytime you get the chance. You may also want to talk to the Den Leader about conducting a memorial ceremony for him as well. Good Luck and God Bless
