Friend needs prayers PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!

I recieved an e-mail from a friend who went to see Jon. He said Jon is back home and looked good after having a bad time for awhile. The doctor is being positive about Jon's chances saying Jon will feel like a new man by thanksgiving. Totally the opposite of his early outlook. Thanks all for your prayers and praise you Jesus for taking our stripes so we can be healed!

Received this e-mail today. Just to give you an idea of what God Has Done Through Jesus. The cancer had spread to his liver and grew so large it had colapsed 1 lung and now it's ALL GONE!

"Fantastic news - Jon had a full body scan last Friday and there was no evidence of any tumors!!!!! Our prayers have been answered!!!! We talked to the facility yesterday and found out the good news and knew that everyone would want to know. Please continue to keep Jon in your prayers, as he still faces surgery in a few weeks. I will keep you updated as I have anything new to pass on."

Sorry I'm so wound up I forgot to tell you all thank you for your prayers and time. If you sometimes feel you aren't valuable remember that those small prayers save lives.

No apologies! The thanks don't go to us anyway... as you pointed out...the GLory is all His!

Buddy in men's group said he read a book recently that said since God gave us all Free Will, prayer is our "giving up" our free will and asking "Thy Will,Lord, be done".

We might not always like God's will when it occurs, but asking for His Will has to please Him.

Praises to God for such a miracle for your friend. May the Good News continue to flow and His blessing continue to pour out on yoru friend.
