I have found myself being drawn towards starting a broadhead collection, somethin to represent various head designs over the years to put on a plack. Just lookin for pointers on where to find em and whats a reasonable price for various heads? Not lookin for museum pieces or nothin like that. My "collection" right now consists of some m-a3-l's, Bear heads, and an old bod-kin  :D

I would get the broadhead collectors book that archerycollectibles sells on the big auction site... that would be a great place to start. Watch the auctions for a while and get a feel for what broadheads are selling for. I would join the ABCC as well.Good luck.

Hey Trap,as a somewhat dabbleing in broadhead collecting,buying selling and tradeing myself over the years.I would for sure go with the BH collecters guide.And if you get to hooked on the book....Oh man you will drop your life saveing on those little gems.I actuly sold most of my heads off when the selling market was better,but now the buying market is good.I only been buying a few here and there,but they are really neet part of our history....bowdoc

I found a couple of those spiral type Brownings at a garage sale and I'm not a BH collector.  I'm displaying one of them but you're welcome to the other if you want it.  I have a couple other pointy peices of steal you can identify once you get your book.  send me your address and I'll head em your way.

Joining the ABCC is a good idea and a bargain. Once you get started you will fall prey to the disease and may want to purchase Wade Phillips book. A little pricey but well worth the investment. There are some good bargains on that auction site now for the beginning collector. Check them out.
