I picked up an old recurve at a local yardsale the other day. 47# @ 28", the only markings on the bow are " SPECIAL 30 " on the bottom limb. The limbs are straight, and it shoots very well. I didn't need another bow, but for $5.00 why not. Does anyone know the maker ?

I know it isn't anything great, but I have no clue who made it. I imagine the decals are long gone. I'm a longbow guy, but I'll hang it on the rack. If money gets real tight someday, maybe I'll call you.

BEN PEARSON had a model out called the SPECIAL.  Could be.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Could very well be, Thanks.
