Many thanks for sharing your good fortune, and that great photo.  If there were more archers like Glenn St. Charles in our ranks today we wouldn't need to wonder why the term 'traditional' is so often questioned.  The man DEFINES traditional archery...an icon in every sense.

My humble best wishes to him and his family.

Yes,I agree, men like Glenn are few and far between these days.He really is quite a remarkable fellow and I am very priveledged to have had the opportunity to meet him and spend some time with him. Also, especially glad that my son had the good fortune of meeting Glenn too.I don't think he realizes yet how big of a deal that really is.The other really cool thing about that week-end at Compton's was sitting in Glenn's trailer with Glenn and his sons Jay and Joe,and viewing some old color slides I had from the 1959 Little Delta hunt that Glenn and Fred Bear were on.It was great listening to Glenn recall some of the other people in the pictures and telling some small tid-bits that he remembered from way back then.Seemed like he was right back there again hunting in Alaska. What great memories for him and for me.I'll never forget that day.
