osprey bows

A friend of mine found this bow in a trash can.It appears to be in good shape,S PRO LINE OSPREY oj1309 #45 54",just wondering if anyone knows anything about these bows.Thanks and God Bless!Joey

Don't know much about the OSPREY, but I have heard of a bow by that name.  Since it is a "S PRO LINE", check out the threads on the CONDOR just a few down in this forum.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Pro-Line was a division of/taken over by/or some such thing, of Shakespeare.  I guess they were supposed to be better than the standard Shakespeare line.  I have a 45 lb Osprey that shoots nice, but needs refinishing.  It looks to be about the same design as my Shakespeare Super Necedahs, though not as pretty.  Can't tell you any more than that about it.
