I have two Nesco American Harvest dehydrators. Right now, they're busy drying a record harvest of wild mushrooms we're gathering this year! But I'd like to make salmon jerky in them, if it is possible. All the jerky making books I've seen say it can't be done in a food dehydrator. Is this true? Anyone making salmon jerky in a dehydrator?
