Hoyt Satori question

Ok I bought a Hoyt Satori a few weeks ago and and a set of TT Black max 2.0 limbs.

My question is for you guys that have or have had them how do I adjust my limbs to get them center.

The bottom limb looks to be just a little bit out of center.

Do you mean off center such that the string is not tracking in the string grooves (side to side center) or the angle of the limbs to the riser (tiller)? The only adjustment I am familiar with on the Satori is tiller. I believe that if the limbs are not centered side to side, it is an indication that either they were not seated properly in the riser, or that there is a manufacturing defect in either the riser or the limbs.

Yes the string is not tracking down the center. Just a tad off.

I'm pretty sureness this can be adjusted on the satori from what I have read about it but nothing says how to do it.

Matt Davis talks about it in his review on rokslide. He says that you adjust the u shape inside the limb pocket.

Yes, I just took mine apart, and I can see that there is an Allen screw on each side of the pocket that the limb fitting slots into. It looks like you could first loosen the Allen screw on one side, and then tighten the Allen screw on the other side, thus changing the side to side angle of the limb slightly. I think if you loosen one side before you tighten the other, you should be able to do this without damaging the fitting.

You might also have to loosen the larger Allen screw that the fitting pivots on too, before you adjust the two small Allen screws.

My thoughts were the same as yours but when I tried it I looses the big screw then one side of the small ones but I still couldn't get the other side to tighten. Not sure why but I won't move.

Might be some locktite on there or something, but I can see why you wouldn't want to force it. One idea would be to remove the fitting, remove the Allen screw, and then run a tap through the hole to clean out the threads. Looks to be an 8X32 thread, but you would want to double check the thread on your own screw to make sure it is the same as mine.

The Satori, like other Hoyt risers, has two setscrews. One locks the other. You have to take one completely out and make your adjustments with the inner one.
