That's a very good explanation Dave. Probably the best comparison I've heard.
We are all here because we are not all there.

Snap shooting is not target panic.  Not being able to hold at full draw "is" target panic.  Not being in control of every aspect of the shot is, in effect, target panic.

The OP clearly stated he wanted to hold but can't.  To my notion he needs help not affirmation to accept a loss of control.

Loosing back tension is my problem when I try to hold, when I don't I pull threw the shot perfectly, holding equals no pull through for me loss of back tension I need help with this

I find concentrating on my CHEST expansion actually gives me back tennis. (I find it easier since the back muscles on my drawing side are messed up).

Larry Yien has a 4 minute video on youtube that illustrates a dynamic release quite well.
Hard to pick up from the camera angle but if you can watch the SLIGHT shoulder rotation WITH the slight opening of the bow side of his body(aka Byron Ferguson's release description).
About as smooth and consistent as you'll find..dynamically speaking.
What works works!
What McDave said..Might not want to mix the two.
