Killdeer

Prayers up for Dave.
Doug, Rob and Terry, can you tell us a little more about your bows? Loved the pic of the pinxter bush.
(Gurrrls luv flaurs!)

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Morning Killie, I was shooting my new Toelke Whip, take-down, pulling 57#, AD Trad heavies with VPA terminators. Really nice shooting bows and Dan who is a Sponser here is a great guy also.

Can't remember what Rob was shooting and Terry had a whole car full to pick from...  ;)

my t/d longbow "magua" hasn't changed in years, still the same 62" mohawk, 55@29, tempered 'boo cores and veneers, coco riser pierced with bocote.

this was the BEST hog hunt i've ever had, even though no meat made it to the freezer ... greater still than last year's hunt at this same venue where i killed two.  it's all about the journey and i couldn't have had a better pair of hunting buds than terry and doug.  don't get no better'n that in my book.  hope we can "bidness conference" again next year.
