Me and my Pop after harvesting some trashwood. It was 95 degrees that day!
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

May Thors Hammer ring in your favor!

Jerry, how long is that arrow and bow?
Great pictures here
:scared:      Dang Jerry! I really hope it's an arrow WAY to long which you are shooting in the cold ...!?!
I just enjoyed myself with some calculations based on the assumption it is a full lenght 32" shaft and ended up with YOU being 139.57cm - or in other words - 4ft 6 1/2in. 'tall' ...! And I allowed a little for the crouched position here ...
As I am a mathematic idiot - there is still hope for you not being the 9th Dwarf      :D

Hi Shell, I like your - aaahmm - nickname                :o

Well, TexMex and Faulk, you all don't miss a trick. Actually those arrows are new full length and were intended to be use for another bow. Long story, but the picture in question was just a posed pic. I'm shooting a 30 1/2 inch arrow form my 62" 50#@28 PSE Talon. Any shorter and my BH's press my fingers too much for comfort at full draw. I like the fact that you are looking out for fellow archers when you see some thing that doesn't look quite right. Thanks for that. Faulk, I think you just might be a mathmatical wizard. lol

Sorry, I was writing Faulk and should be Falk.

Jerry, ... don't tell me I was right!?!

"Faulk" is the most common misspelling of my name with English people. Some others and most Spanish would say "Feik" (like in: EYe). And of course - all will write like they speak   :smileystooges:
... it must be VERY difficult to say just "A" like in americA - followed by "L" ...

I don't care any more - but I do appreciate that you noticed it - at least!   :)

The shot from my avatar, I built the bow, the arrows, twisted up the string, the quiver, arm guard and even sewed the top, I know, it shows but I like them

Heres a picture of me shooting and under it is a pic of my girlfriend.  It was her first time shooting and she was using one of my old bows which was a bit heavy. she did really well and wants to get a bow that fits her.

If that's her arras in that target, get that girl her own bow!

p.s. Tell her those are some cool huntin' boots.
