What goes bad A or B
I still have about a half can of B (still good)left over and some older A I could use if the B is the one that goes bad?

Epoxy getting high $, I think I'm going back to equal parts A and B

I don't think the resin A goes bad, the B is what stinks like ammonia after while.

And I shipped the EA40 this morn...
Stay sharp, Kenny.

B goes bad...   I always put a little more extra A in the mix to error on the good side...

Buemaker

The A gets harder, but maybe okay?

I have used some that sat for years and been through freezing winters and boiling summers (all on the same cans) and have not had one come apart. HOWEVER, I really don't shoot that much and I don't pass bows made with old resin on to other people. I will take the chance on me but not on others.
Skeater who?

I don't think the hardener actually goes "bad"

Most slow cure epoxy hardeners will develop that caustic smell and change color, but it dissipates after the container is open.
Shelf live is a recommendation based on liability. I use "expired" epoxy all the time.
Ooo, who, who hangs free
