Ribtek 190 would be so easy to sharpen, are indestructible and make a big hole. My problem, if it is that, is I have many broadheads that are all proven performers, think I'll go for nostalgia.

You guys on the second hunt better be ready to have a blast. Ive hunted javies a lot and I can honestly say that I have never seen that many anywhere. They are everywhere. I sat where two senderos crossed and often saw them in three different directions at the same time. Someone asked about hogs. I saw several that looked like those "russian boars". Long head, tail and snout with mean looking cutters. I stalked one that busted me at abt 30 yards ( it was windy and swirling )and the whole time I was trying to get in shooting distance I was asking myself "am I fixing to get killed"...lol. Theyre some mean lookin critters ! Ive never seen a place so torn up by javies and hogs.
Some fantastic hunting with some of the friendliest guys youd ever want to be around !!

Sharpening up Snuffer 160's now, just wondering if I should bring a GS or VPA, as well. We'll see how the time plays out. TG, actually my experience with 160 and 190 grain Ribtek has been very positive, personally have never bent one. My were the original prior to the being sold to Australia. Have shot them through cinder block and messed up the arrow, but not the head. Actually, ruined more Snuffer heads(two) shooting through hog shoulder blades. This SS 344 seems to be doing the job, but I'm only on second sandpaper. I'm ready for this trip.

TG ... a crazy test and was too rough on the arrows. Just saying that I never have had trouble with Ribtek going through whatever I shoot them at. Not sure if the manufacture changed when they moved down under. All I have are 190's Horsehide has all the 160's I had left.
