Just smoked a hind quarter from a pig that size Saturday. Actually smoked two. Gave one to fellow TradGanger "Ric O'Shay". Smoked it for about two hours and finished it off in the oven at about 300 degrees for four hours. Some kinda good eating.  :campfire:

          Well done!!!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Looks like you're starting out 2010 with a bang. Good luck the rest of the season.

Congrats...still on my quest for my first! Hopefully your luck will rub off on me alittle!

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow's effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs
