INFO: Trad Archery for Bowhunters

Wish I was creative enough to think of names for these knives, anyhow.

Here is a small knife made from an antique saw mill blade. Stained maple handle with silver wire inlay and elk antler finger guard with a little scrimshaw.

The knife is 8 inches OAL, 3 7/8th blade etched in ferric.

You'll notice the "luckiest" elk hunters have worn out boots.

The temper line came close to the edge, managed to keep a good edge!

That's my kind of blade right there, very well done. The elk antler guard is a very cool touch and looks very well with the handle / blade combo.
