Not THIS guy...a cabin sounds MUCH better than some dark dank cave...

Each to his own I guess   ;)

Sounds like they're having a great hunt. Kim you need to start thinking about the color of the material around the bear rug. My Dianne got blue around hers, I've also seen red and yellow.
There is always someone that knows more than you, and someone that knows less than you, so you can always learn and you can always teach

Mickey,
I will put some thought to that! Thanks for the heads up.

I have seen them with dark green material also. That looks really sharp too.

Sure wish I could have went, these threads about bear hunting are killing me. Hopefully I'll be able to go bear hunting next year.

Actually, it is nice to read the stories and live vicariously through them.

Hope the rest of the guys tag out!

Yea, I've seen Bob's knife.     He was going to let me hold it but I was afraid I'd tip over from that much weight.   "[dntthnk]"

Bobby,Chase and Connor are doing well....However, I do believe there is such a thing as too much "togetherness!" There has been a little fussing but that is to be expected with three boys together 24/7! We have also had our neighbor boy who is 9 also with us. Made for an even number so no one is left out.

We have stayed busy and spent most of the hot part of the day in the pool. That has been nice.
Went to the Rome Braves game on Thursday night. They had a great time and got meet the players. Bobby came away with a ball signed by most of the players.

Taught Bobby the fine art of cleaning horse stalls on Wednesday....  :D   Then yesterday we trimmed and groomed all the horses, gave them baths and the boys got to ride a little. Then it was back to the pool to cool off. Bobby rode the big Percheron and was shaking in his boots. We us a step ladder to get on her and his knees were quaking as he climbed that ladder! He made Connor go first to show him how it's done.
Once on he had a big smile on his face. She is an angel...just BIG!
Today we are off to a Low Country Boil at some friends house.
I will check in later...

Dang Kim, you got me wanting to move in at your house till I grow up. Sounds like a young mans paradise. Well, all except the horse stall thang.   :bigsmyl:  CK

Miss Kim

Curtis, at what age do you think you might grow up? You are welcome of course, just need to know how long you will need raising....  :D

Littlefeather

Oh, I think I'm like the Toyz-r-us kids, never gonna grow up! Of course I'll be experiencing a growth spurt any day now. I'm gonna be over 5'7 when I'm done growing.   :bigsmyl:

When we going to the next baseball game?   :D

keith brimmer

lets get this party started weve been waitn and waitnnn

Ted Fry

5'7" is that with your boots on Curtis?
Where are those boys, weve been waiting on the stories.
Kim , from the little time I have known Curtis I would plan on him being there quite awhile.
Guess I will have to wait till morning for story time.

Miss Kim

I spoke with JC at about 8:00 last night. They had just crossed the border and were in the USA. He said they were all happy to be heading home. Sounded tired but like he had a good time. Said that it took much longer to pack camp to leave than they had thought. They were already tired and were pulling an all nighter drive back to Tippits....I guess. Didn't get any stories because I could hear many talking on cell phones all calling home for the first time in days.

They should be at the airport now ready to get on the plane home.
I am sure stories will be posted soon....maybe since Doc is home he will be the first to start off!
Can't wait...
Kim
