Fantastic!!!
Great photos and smiles. I can't take it when I see "hero shots" without a smile(if you aren't happy taking an animal with a bow why do it?)
Great stuff, keep it coming.

Andy you're killing me! I've only been back for a month & a half & looking at your fantastic pics make me want to go back already! You & Nigel looked like you had a great time. Wish I could've spent a couple of months in SA, but I probably wouldn't have come home. I'm planning on returning in 2010 & I'll do all spot & stalk, treestand hunting. In Africa that's the ultimate test of hunting skills.
You guys look like you got it going on over there. Really enjoyed the pics guys, congrats on all your sucesses. Glad to see young people doing it the right way!

BUFF

Marco told me that giraffes had an incredible bone structure. I'd like to bow up to 80# & go after a buff, that's my ultimate. You've killed a buff with a bow haven't you?

Always makes me laugh to hear a statement like this from Andy, he's only about 12! Just makes me realise what a great & intersting life he's led (can you feel the jealousy?  :D  ) Giraffe would be an awesome hunt!

We must go beyond the textbooks, go out into the untrodden depths of the wilderness & travel & explore & tell the world the glories of our journey

Fantastic.  Looks like fun.  Reminds me of my trips to Alaska except without all the bows.

Without a doubt the best thread I have ever had the pleasure of reading.

Keep it up, Africa is a special place. Been there once and will return hopefully many more times.
