Whew!!!  I just saw this Mike, I've been there, years of Power Lifting and football left me with more than enough shoulder surgeries.  They're no fun.  Glad to hear that its nothing.

That is good to hear. I wouldn't want to see anyone have to go thru shoulder surgery. It is one tough surgery.

Bummer My Friend! I have some Arthur Itis Meself, and it STINKS!! I used to think My Dear old Granny, God rest Her Soul, was Nuts when she would rub her hands and knees then tell me it was going to rain.
Uh huh, You turn into the "Human Barometer" as it goes. The guys I used to work with were always asking me about the weather before they made plans, because I was more accurate than the local Weather Mens!!
I hope you can find a Decent Doctor that can help You Manage Your Aches and Pains My Friend!! God Bless You!!

Mike it's probably that Kanati I sold you. You might have to sell it back!      Feel better Mike.

Someone told me, "If you can't remember how you got hurt, it would not be a major injury." Or something to that effect... So True! Although  now I remember what I did... Twisted my arm cleaning the inside windshield of my wifes car!     :jumper:

Get used  to  warming  up  before  you  do  anything, that is what taichi is for, or yoga, or  just  some  good  resisting  stretching.
Glad your feeling better.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!
