Thought I'd give out a quick update:
- Every dr visit has been great.  No signs of cancer and throat is healing.
- I've been able to handle my typical 50hr workweek without issue
- I've been able to interval run farther with longer runs but still can't do a continuous mile
- Started adding strength training to my run, bike, swim routine and have seen good improvements
- Started shooting my heavy bow last week, no problems other than getting my hand/eye coordination back on track.
- Should be ready to chase elk in MT come September

On July 4th last year I was in the Critical Care Unit for 7 days.  One year later my wife and I hiked to the top of the mountain behind my father-in-law's camp in Potter County PA.

God has definitely shown us what He can do and the extent of His blessings.

Been off line a few!

Scott, that warms the cockles of me heart to read of your great progress!

HE is good to those who are faithful!

I'm so happy for you and your family!

Keep on keeping on and KEEP THE SON IN YOUR EYES (as you always do!)

I figured it's time for an update.  It's the least I can do for all of you that have prayed for me in the past.

Last week I met with my chemo oncologists and was told they don't want to see me again...ever.  I'm down to seeing my radiation once a year and the ENT every 6 months starting in May.  Two and a half more years until I'm officially "cured".

PTL!  God is good!

Thanks again for all your prayers.

Sent Scott a personal note. He and his then YOUNG son, Austin, were there for me the day after my mother passed.

We spent time at a trad shoot and I've cherished his friendship since.

This is incredible news!  He now has two fine young sons and God has seen fit to walk with him thru this cancer battle...

Continued blessings to you, and your whole family, Scott!

The power to heal is in HIS hands, the DR's are only a tool he uses to complete his works.  I had surgery on Thursday myself for cancer and put my trust in the LORDS HANDS.  Good DR's, great NURSES and one FANTASTIC LORD what more does a man or woman need.  So happy to hear that you are doing well, you will still be in our prayers.
Always say what you mean, that way people will know you mean what you say.
