I just couldn't take it anymore! I strung up the bow and shot with one of my New old stock Bear arrows and razorhead. Wow!   :archer2:

Nice bow Shane, bet it felt great to fling a few arrows out of the old classic.

Thank you Paul! I am drawing the bow very light. I put the hand held scale to it, and drew back to my anchor. Not sure how accurate that is, but I got 27#'s @ 25.5" So this may give proof to the bow being a his and hers set up. Not sure what the weight is @ 28" and I don't know if I want to have someone draw at that to find out. Happy to roughly know my draw weight and just baby the old beauty.

Took this bow out again today for a shoot. Let a friend shoot the bow also with a 28" draw. Bow comes out to 35#'s @ 28" on my scale. I can't get enough shooting this baby. I just wish it was of hunting weight for me. I don't see taking a chance with a 27# bow even with sharp broadheads.
