This six point provided the back strap.



Olive oil and some steak seasoning.



Get the Kamado Joe up to 550 degrees which is a piece of cake and takes about 15 minutes.





About 3 to 4 minutes per side.






Add your sides and you are done.

Excellent, that looks like this Sundays supper at my house. Mine will be donated by a 6 point as well. I can almost taste it by looking at your pictures. Done perfectly by the way.

you know, the Kamado pot really works wonders!!  This looks perfect, Mint!  The only thing I haven't tried in mine is straight baking, but it does do pizza to perfection.
