I have a question for you ghuys i have the tendancy after shooting a bit my hand and fingers start getting alot of tension in them instead of staying relaxed, does anyone know how to solve this problem? when i begin my draw how much tension should already be on the string? should i just be barely be touching my fingers on it so i dont use my arm muscles to draw?
aim small miss small

Using a deep hook solves this problem. At least for me. If i used just the tips of my fingers I would be putting way to much tension on them. Using a deep hook helps you to use your hand wrist and arm all in sync. It removes the tension. You'll get a cleaner release with a deep hook

The finger position being in how KSL demonstrates?

Sorry I don't know who KSL is. But if your gripping the string all the way in the first cresses of your fingers that should be good. You will notice the difference immediately.

What Crazynate said.....Helped me a lot with my TP as well. The deep hook feels so secure and, against all logic....the release for me is much cleaner with a deep hook.
Get bamboo.
