Arm guard supply/material companies?

Need some help folks. My leather arm guard is missing a piece to it. It used to have three Celtic knot knobs, where the rope/string wraps around to hold it on your arm.....but one came off. The knob screws into a screw, through the punched part of the guard. I'd like to get a replacement for the part and would like to match the other knobs. I'm sure there is some kind of supply/material place that would have what I'm looking for....any help is appreciated!!

Arwe talking about the screw itself....
If so they are called Screw post, theres two pieces to it....
