11/2/24 MO buck

I shot this buck on the morning of 11/2. Everything was picture perfect except for the shot. Called him right in to 15 yards broadside, but I shot high. Long story short, I didn't recover him until the next afternoon about 600 yards from the shot.  Several failures on my part prevented me from recovering this buck earlier than I did.  I had to learn some painful lessons with this one.

Mighty fine buck! Way to stick with finding him.  As said above, most of us have been in those shoes before.
