Are all ILF wooden grips enterchangeable? Just bought a Sanlida Hermit and the grip kinda skinny,
High on Archery.

No, ILF grips are not interchangeable in the same way that ILF limbs are interchangeable. It may be that your grip is made to be the same as some other well known grip, such as the Hoyt Satori.  If so, you're in luck, because there is a plethora of aftermarket grips made for the Satori, such as Jager grips.  Most aftermarket grips are composite, not wood.  Everyone I know who uses aftermarket grips likes the composite grips better than wood, so that's not a bad thing.
