Have a friend who was looking at a home for sale and noticed a gun case that caught his eye.  When asking the owner what type gun it was the gentleman replied its a bow and pulled it out of the case.

He sent me a picture of the back of the bow which is white with a decal that reads "Golden Sovereign" in a Gold medallion and under it the words spelled out "Lord Sovereign".

What can you tell me about it?
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.

The Lord Sovereign was the top non-mercury bow in Ben Pearson's premium Golden Sovereign lineup.Made from about 1965-1970. Target bows, 66 or 70". They are very high quality materials and sweet shooters. The Lord Mercury (and Lady Mercury) were essentially the same bows with the horns on the fades drilled out and a mercury capsule glue in, supposedly to dampen vibration on release.

I've adopted too many bows that needed a good home.

In good condition, #$150-175 seems to be the most likely range.
