About two months ago I asked for and received a bunch of prayers for my brother Clyde who was only given a short time to live with cancer.  He passed away last week.  He taught me about the outdoors and I'll be forever grateful but he also taught me how to die by being ready and knowing where he was going and showing no fear or complaints.  I'll miss him.

TexMex

God Bless and give strength.

Clyde gave you an awesome gift in that lesson then, my friend.

Such testaments as yours bring us all face to face with the reality that we must ever be vigilant for our Lord's call.

Prayers for strength and peace, Frank.  You two, TexMex!

Prayers sent for you and your family.  The loss of a loved one is truly painfull.  Take comfort in knowing he's in a better place and will always be with you in your heart.

Continued prayers for peace and renewal through this difficult time of family celebrations. May the Lord keep your eyes on the Thanksgiving due Him for all He does daily in our lives.

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
