In 1969, my Dad bought me a Ben Pearson Super-Jet kit that came with a few arrows. Being new to archery, those few arrows soon went by the wayside, and Dad bought a dozen from somewhere(?), possibly Target in Minneapolis, of which I still have a few remnants. They are orange with black/orange feathers and orange nocks, having a unique aqua-green and black cresting pattern. Can anyone ID the maker by the cresting in the photo below? Thanks!

Maybe, just maybe True-Flight. They made all kinds of arrows for different stores. I say maybe cause they had there logo on aluminum arrows. For some reason that color combo looks familiar, the green.

Thanks for the reply, M60.
It looks familiar to me as well...I've seen other painted vintage arrows for sale on the auction sites, different colors, but the same basic cresting scheme. Nobody has ever mentioned the origin of the arrows. (they probably don't know) It's not a big deal, but it has my curiosity aroused.

Looks like Ben Pearson, pre spray paint cresting.. If you show the hole arrow it may be some help. They sold more arrows then anyone else.

I have had both Ben Pearson and True-Flight that resembled this. My first guess would be True-Flight, though.

Back in the 70s I had some Bear arrows that were that color and fletched with black and green fletches.

These are fletched with black 4" feathers, no helical with an orange cock feather...I call them my "Halloween arrows"...   :biglaugh:

Orange nocks as well...

I'm in the process of duplicating the look just for the heck of it (but with helical on the fletch)

I agree, decent looking arrows. Like the full length dip. Should show up in that white stuff (snow)

Truth be told, it's Rustoleum spray enamel orange over 2 coats Rustoleum 2X gloss white as a base (makes the orange 'pop' more). I could not find a brush-on enamel in the orange color. Naturally, the spraying had to be done outdoors but I'm pretty pleased with it. My first attempt at painted arrows.
