Well I got the trailer finished enough to get it home and fire it up.  I plan to have a basket on the off side of the trailer to hold wood and I need to weld the fenders on.  Also have to paint it all but she cooks!!  This was the first burn and I was pleased to find out it has a real good draw and with the tuning plates I was able to keep 250 degrees for two hours with out touching the fire.  With lump charcoal I should be cooking without any trouble.  Note the flat tire - I need to get a pair of those too - Just enough to get it home.  took it up to 400 degrees to sweat out the steel and let it cool back to 150, soaked it with Pam Olive oil spray on the inside and heated it to 300 for a 3 hours.  All seasoned and ready for her maiden voyage with some fine wild pork nest weekend.  I will post more pics of the food for all to see.

Pretty darn cool rig you got there Bob. You could cook something big on there! Bet that would make some fine ribs.

Did someone say ribs?      :goldtooth:

Oh Yeah.  There is a second rack underneath the one you can see that is loaded with ribs as well.     ;)
