Crimson mist

Start out by taking the stems off of six dry chipotle peppers which you can find in the mexican spice area in most supermarkets cut into small pieces, put into food processor along with a 1 tsp each whole cumin seed and whole coriander, add a few whole peppercorns and a 1 1/2 tsp chili powder with 1/2 tsp salt, process untill very fine then let the dust settle before you open the top, trust me you don't want to breath this stuff directly and carefully pour into a shaker use to season before or after cooking  a little goes a long way
