Any tips,  or suggestions for tuning to shoot a flat shelf 3 under?  I'm thinking of trying an elevated rest (Hoyt Hunter) as the easiest way to go...

thats one way to go, or just add a small "pressure point" under your shelf material at the deepest part of the grip.   I'd go just a little more due to the flat shelf.  No need to even build the shelf up when using this.   (do it on your site window also).  Should you find your arrows are slightly too stiff, you can build the site window pressure point out just a little more to help decrease the spine.  If it comes in too stiff, try reducing it slightly.   (only after adjusting the BH and moving your silencers around would I start messing with it).
