I bought the catquiver mini and attached it to my favorite day pack by sewing in a couple of corded ties.  It works well and was about $80 cheaper than buying the preattached version.  Also, it has a strap so if I don't want to carry my day pack I can throw it over my shoulder or attach it to my fanny pack (fanny pack has to have a harness).
