Can videos be added to posts here and if so how?

use any online video archive service, like good ol'  www.youtube.com  

after you upload yer video to youtube, you can just copy and paste the youtube video link url into your trad gang post, like this ...

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAdradTtz6o  

or you can get fancy and post a linkable image to your youtube video that will look like this (click on the image) ...
