Replacing member with Trad Bowhunter

Was wondering how I go about changing the title of member to Trad Bowhunter under my name for posts?

that title is automatically given once you have a 100 post count.

"ttt" - To The Top - it's just add a post to an existing thread that's past the first forum page, to bring that topic back into view on the first page.
