Hello everybody,
another recent bow. It's atrilam made from Ash/Maple/IPE. Hope you like it  :)

Good Ash actually is much easier for me to obtain than bamboo or hickory. It's the local stuff, not so bamboo  :jumper:
And its more convenient to work with than boo also, glueing also better, less work. I do not know how good it actually is but at least I never had one failing.
This one has one sister bow with boo backing tough, little experiment. maybe I'll make a chrono challenge with them.

Beautiful work!  Like what you did with the handle/arrow rest  :thumbsup:  What did you use for finish?

Thanx Guys!

DesM8,...the finish is only a little linseed oil. I will seal again with tungoil. The greenish color on the back comes from iron acetate stain; Ash reacts pretty well on it.
