I know he's in heaven now, playing with my son, and his suffering is over, bu his family is hurting.  I'll be with them all this week helping with final arrangements and just being there for them.  They all have a strong faith, but pray for peace for them.

He was the one that did for me the things a father would do-and so even though I have a "family" (who doesn't acknowledge me because I'm sick and apparently not "holier than thou" enough for them) he is the one who really mattered in my life.

He had so many health problems at the end, and it was pure hell just to see him suffering like that, but he is at peace with Jesus.  I's how we know that God is good-the mercy he shows to His children.

Prayers from the Thomas family for God's peace and comfort. God bless, Scott.

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

May God's own promised "peace that passes all understanding" keep them all in this time of need and transition.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
