INFO: Trad Archery for Bowhunters



sweet & sour deer steaks

This is what we had for dinner tonight.
2 lbs deer steaks
1 tsp salt
1/4  tsp pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce....
Pre heat oven to 350*
-- score and pound meat, salt and pepper then roll in flour and brown.
Boil the vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
place the browned meat and sauce in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
