The was a rabbit recipe in Field & Stream which I don't have access to at the moment, you floured it and brown and them simmered in apple cider with cut up apples and some other stuff.  It was really good.  I also like it fried like chicken and then make some cream gravy from the pan drippings and eat with mashed potatoes.

Go to the field and stream website and on the search feature type in rabbit recipe, How to Cook Braised Rabbit is the one you are looking for and it was at the top of the list.  It is really good eating like fine french dining experience good

My favorite is stir fried rabbit. Use your favorite or any good chinese chicken recipe and use rabbit instead.

I rabbit hunt a lot (dogs and guns) and this is how my wife likes it the most.
