Title: Bear Grizzly...or...Greatree Volcano?

A buddy of mine is looking for a trad bow for his son...We know that the Bear Grizzly has a fine track record...Anyone out there own or have any knowledge about the Greatree Volcano?... It looks nice in the 3 Rivers catalog but hate to have him make a wrong move...

PS...price needs to be around $300 +/- a little.

I would go for an older Grizzly can't go wrong. I haven't shot the newer ones.

I would hit the classifieds here with what you are looking for and a budget. There are a few older grizzlies out there fot $150 and less right now.

Mike--take a look at the Checkmate Falcon--it is less than 300---nice bows
