I took this doe last week during Michigan's extended 'Urban Archery' season that goes to the end of January in select counties.
I'm mostly a longbow guy, but this recurve belonged to my best friend who passed away a few years ago. It's a 45#, vintage, Bear Kodiak Hunter that is nearly as old as I am. It has been awhile since I did the research, but I believe I narrowed it down to being made between '69-'71.
Well done Hawken. Some good eats there.
Way to go! Looks like you are one of the old timers on here!
